The sense of sight plays a crucial role in our sensory perceptions and significantly influences our expectations, and consequently, our sensory experiences. That's why blind tasting, in which participants experience flavors without visual access to the beers, is so crucial. By eliminating visual influence, you have the unique opportunity to explore and appreciate the intrinsic characteristics of each beer impartially, allowing for a deeper, authentic, and objective understanding. After each tasting, we will conduct a collective sensory analysis and together evaluate the aromas, flavors, and characteristics of each beer, trying to decipher the style.
